Art restoration in Paris
Since 1985, we have been bringing your artistic heritage back to life with passion and precision.
Our mission
The restoration and conservation of artworks aim to halt their deterioration and restore their aesthetic qualities.
The Atelier du Temps Passé is at your service for all conservation–restoration treatments of paintings, graphic works, and painted art objects.
From the smallest to the largest formats (our studio space allows us to work on very large pieces), from the oldest to the most contemporary, from the most modest creation to the most prestigious signature — every artwork is treated as a unique case.

More than 35 years of experience
Origins and development of the studio
Created by Annette Douay in the early 1980s, the Atelier du Temps Passé (ATP) is a restoration studio specializing in artworks, and is home to ATP-Formation, the only private training center in France dedicated to the restoration of paintings and polychrome art objects.
Located in the Viaduc des Arts (Paris 12th), a space dedicated to master artisans, the studio occupies 250 m² and is equipped with the latest technological tools.
For more than 30 years, the Atelier du Temps Passé has offered its clients the highest-quality services in the restoration of paintings, works on paper, antique frames, bespoke framing, and the scientific analysis of materials.
For more than 35 years, the Atelier du Temps Passé has embodied excellence in art restoration in Paris — a place of expertise, transmission, and passion.
Enhance your heritage
The conservation–restoration of an artwork also aims to increase its market value.
By entrusting your pieces to experienced professionals, you not only enhance the aesthetic value of your interior, but you also increase the artwork’s market value, as it becomes a collectible object.
For donations, payments in lieu of taxes, sales, or for adjusting insurance values, do not hesitate to contact us.
